Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was amazing and favourable and right by a quiet getaway in the Virgin Islands. The management was extraordinarily friendly and excellent, as well as the staff. I visited the pool bar and tried the alcoholic drinks. This was my very enjoyable stay on vacation.

The staff were nice during our stay. The room was big and new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and with balcony.

We had an amazing stay with an incredible view. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to Water Island Honeymoon Beach. Keith at the front desk was friendly and helpful, giving us a warm welcome and providing us with all the necessary information. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront resort. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The location on the upper levels provided breathtaking views of the bay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Transportation was easy with ample parking available. The breakfast was delicious and I appreciated being able to roam freely in the eating area.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room had an incredible view and the beachfront location was unbeatable. The staff, especially Yolanda, Samuel, Ricky, Brittney. The free beach activities were a great bonus!

We had an amazing time at Bolongo! The dive shop was a must-do, with Pam as our instructor. She made sure we had a great experience underwater. The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service. The beach was beautiful and the bar had a great atmosphere. we highly recommend this resort.

Great value for the money, with beachfront rooms that open up onto a beautiful patio right on the beach. The staff at Bay Beach Resort were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The complimentary drinks were a nice touch, and the beach location was perfect for our romantic escape. Being able to walk out directly onto the beach was definitely a highlight. The views were breathtaking and the convenience of being close to local attractions was great.

The service was slow and unorganized. We had to wait a long time for our food, and it arrived cold and not very appetizing.

Had a great Thanksgiving vacation on the island! Amazing service from staff, who were both accommodating and friendly. Really appreciated the two complimentary drinks upon arrival, and the ocean views from the room were incredible. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to some great restaurants and right on the beach. Also loved the free water sports activities provided by the hotel, especially the paddleboarding.

The hotel is definitely not all perfect, as some areas could use some updating and renovations. the bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower pressure could be improved.

We had a great weekend getaway! The staff was warm and inviting, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food and drinks were spectacular, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We loved the fact that the beach was clean and not overcrowded, with enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The snorkeling was amazing, with healthy coral and abundant wildlife.

The rooms were a bit outdated, but they were clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. However, we did find the service at the bar to be slow and sometimes rude.
